SwiftFix Mobile Repair(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile mechanic operating in Easton and the Lehigh Valley. We collect very little information, and only what we need to schedule and complete repairs. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
When you call or text us at (484) 272-5210, we receive your phone number and the contents of your message. We use your phone provider's and our own messaging records as the conversation history to schedule and quote your repair. We do not record phone calls.
When you visit this website, the hosting provider (Vercel) logs basic technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL — for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or behavior pixels on this site.
When we perform service for you, we collect the information needed to do the job: your name, contact phone number, the address where the work will be performed, and details about the vehicle (year, make, model, license plate, VIN if required for parts). We retain service records for warranty and tax purposes.
How we use it

Who we share it with
We share information only with parts suppliers (when ordering parts on your behalf), our payment processor (when you pay by card), and our accountant (for tax purposes). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or marketers.
